Processed food and isolated fructose is bad not the entire fruit that is crap. I eat a whole foods healthy fat diet and minimal meat. I'm 29 I have 2 kids and people tell me I look like I'm 18-22 years old. So please don't make people fear whole fruit. Those same people are the ones who are reaching for protein bars, energy bars, candy bars and fake processed food because they are scared of what a fruit will do to them. A study must be done on the allergens. It is no secret that our animals are eating soy, corn & the foods people are allergic to are gmo. So I'm glad you mentioned that animals must eat their natural diet if we are going to include them in our diet and have less negative consequences from them. & the fear of fat. Think about that. Whole milk vs skim milk. That process makes the milk un natural not a whole food/ beverage. Great info.

I have done an Ayurvedic course. we have 3 distinctive body-mind types. all consumed food will digest differently in them. and i am sort of tired of seeing suggestions of lean protein. please give me a break. we need fat. we need fat. we do need meat. there is plenty of amino acids in vegetables that turn into protein if you wish. our bodies when calm know what to eat . but we are never calm.
